Returns and Exchanges
- Rocketeers can bring items to their SR location for exchange.
- Returns & exchanges will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect items received if reported to the Rocketeer Experience within 7 days of receipt.
- Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
- Press the space key then arrow keys to make a selection.
- Use left/right arrows to navigate the slideshow or swipe left/right if using a mobile device
